Study Of Corporate Governance Structure Of State-owned Commercial Banks In China-related Issues

Nowadays, the reform of the state-owned commercial banks is now a great job in the economic reform in China. To set up fine corporate governance, to promote steady ability management and good development, and to improve the general competitive are the core points in the reform. It is urgent and of important theoretic and practical sense, therefore to study the actual situation that the state-owned commercial banks are now facing, investigate the issues on corporate governance, use successful experience from abroad for reference, and find suitable corporate governance for Chinese banks.The article has a research on the corporate governance of state-owned commercial banks by the method of studying criterions and actual examples.There are four sections in this thesis.The first section gives the summary of corporate governance, which presents the meaning and definition to serve the study later.The second section compares the representative modes of commercial banks' corporate governance, to give us the value experience of the state-owned commercial bank.The third section analyzes the limitation of the state-owned bank by studying the present situation of it.The fourth section puts forward the advice to construct and develop the corporate governance of the state-owned bank, based on the governance experience of international bank and Chinese national conditions.
