Facing the challenges brought by China's joining to the WTO, this area has to make out how to develop further.In order to keep the energy of economy and keep the development of this area steady, fast and healthy, center and local governments have to corporate with each other closely to make out the economic policy which can meet the requirements of economic development. Therefore, how to arrange the economic policy has become one of the most important responsibilities of governments. At the same time, to make good suggestion for the development has also become one important responsibility of economist.Firstly, this article will compare the development in economy and the alteration in economic policies. Secondly, it will summarize and analyze different opinions of economists from different countries about 'The influence of economic policies on economic development". Thirdly, the article will have comments on the policies carried in this area. Fourthly, we will make some suggestions on developing the economy of this area. So in the end of this article we get the conclusion that it will be a definite trend in economic development, which is to integrate in economic development.
