Research On The Large-scale Controctors For Their Development Mode In The Nternational Market

With the practice of our"Going-out"strategy, our contractors have made great progress in the international market with rapid speed. We have made significant breakthrough in our revenue, however, the profit we get is relatively low, and we still have a big room for improvement. Under the influence of the global economic crisis, the international construction market has been impacted as well. So, faced with the change of the new economical tend and the transformation of the construction market, then how to choose a reasonable and practicable development mode becomes an important and urgent issue for the Chinese contractors. So, this thesis will make deep research on the selection of the development mode for our contractors in the international construction market.On the basis of the summary for research on our contractors'development status and the character of the market and the strategy mode for the contractors, this thesis focus on the qualitative evaluation for the expand mode on the international market and gives a supplementary to the quantitative decision-making field.Firstly, this paper makes a deep analysis on our contractors'development status and gives a summary on the trouble from the business and market level. Then, under the compressive consideration on the factors from the inside and outside, it defines the weight for these factors by the use of fuzzy evaluation. Secondly, through the reference on the strategy thesis and the IE matrix and QPSM decision-making model, the paper gives an overall analysis for the business development and the market expansion. What is more, compared to the famous international contractors, it gives reasonable suggestion for our contractors'implement on the consideration of the contractors'realistic. At last, taking the example for the company A as a technology contractor, this thesis gives it an analysis and evaluation on its business and market, then gives priority to the different business and market, what is more, it makes some pertinent proposals to company A on its development mode.With the study, this paper defines the trouble our contractor faced in the business and market level, and then sets up the selection model on their expand mode. Combined to the development practice and the status of our contractors, we get a clear understanding for the expand mode and implement.
