Innovation In Industrial Clusters Model

The strong competitive advantages of Industrial Cluster have aroused great regards of academes and every government in the world. 16 nations including USA, England, Germany, Spain, Italy etc, had involved in the research and discussing on industrial cluster since 1990's. To develop regional industrial cluster has become the hotspot of the public policy in every country. The research concerning industrial cluster in our country was starting gradually in 1990's. Our country is at the stage of introducing foreign literatures at present, and has a lot to do in deep theoretic research combining the situation of our country and the system construction. To regard industrial clusters from the view of practice, it had not come to the decision-making eyeshot of governments yet, and it only exists in some cities like Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Guangdong which fosters and develops the regional cluster(characteristic industrial area) as the industrial policy. Some industrial areas or industrial clusters in Shanghai are showing the features of industrial cluster, and got benefits from it. But there are still some inefficient points in some of these industrial clusters, more imitation but less innovation. This situation has more relations to the inadequate acknowledge of the industrial theory and the realistic significance. This dissertation try to make a full-scale explanation of industrial cluster based on literature discussing and reality observing, and make a deep discussing on the reason of industrial cluster's deriving the competitive advantages, then induce some innovative pattern, and provide some references to industrial clusters in Shanghai.At first, this paper introduced the basic theory of industrial cluster and the research situation of the industrial cluster in the world, and the shaping and developing situation of industrial clusters in our country; and then explained Poter's diamond system, analyzed the competition of industrial cluster in the view of supply chain management, and made an analysis in some important industrial clusters' status and traits in Shanghai, then made two types of positive research including factor analysis and hierarchical cluster analysis, and discovered some problems in Shanghai industrial clusters and drew some relative conclusions. After that, I set forth the innovating network and some technical innovation patterns of industrial cluster, and it's revelation to Shanghai industrial clusters. At last, gave some political advices by combining the positive analysis in the previous chapter.
