A Research On The Factors Of Technical Innovation Ability In Enterprises Based On The National Software Industrial Park

With the acceleration of the economic globalization, the technical innovation which is as an important spark of the development of the world economy has been shown an unprecedented upsurge. All countries in the world are adjusting their economic structure, perfecting and developing their national innovation system in order to occupy the highest spot in the global economic competition. Because of the low carbon, green, people-oriented peculiarity of the software industry, it is important to advance the new change of the fanction of regional development, ways of production and life and become the backbone indusrty. Then, the sofeware industrial clusters play an important role in this process. They generate powerful strength through their own characteristics and influence the regional even the national innovation more and more significantly. So, the industrial clusters become the common concerned theory in both practice and and institute. While the technical innovation ability of the enterprise which is as the most crucial and active subject of the industrial clusters, also dramatically reflects the cluster technical innovation. Therefore, the research about the influence factors of the the cluster-enterprise’s technical innovation ability not only has the important practical significance, also can indicate the direction of development of the cluster.So, this paper is used to research how the policy&finance support in the macroscopic level, the attraction of the software industry park in the medium level and the learning among the enterprises in micro level affect the technical innovation ability of enterprises. And influence of the policy&finance support, the attraction of the software industry park and the learning among the enterprises need to be reflected by two middle factors that are named the auxiliary ablity of the technical innovation ability--the R&D input ability and organizational ability. Based on starting point of the research, firstly it discusses the backgroun of the software industrial park and puts forward the research question, the theoretical and practical significance to the research and the full value. Then, through review of the home and abroad theoretical research, the theoretical foundation of the study and research and the framework has been built, and a questionnaire corresponding is been designed by constructing a conceptual model and proposing the research hypotheses. At last, the final conclusion and some policy suggestions is been recived by factor analysis, structural equation model (SEM) and hypothesis testing using210firms’data in the software industry park of Hangzhou. And the conclusions of this paper are that the policy&finance support can have a positive influence on the technical innovation ability of enterprises by the R&D input ability, the attraction of the software industry park can have a positive influence on the technical innovation ability of enterprises by the R&D input ability and the learning among the enterprises can have a positive influence on the technical innovation by the R&D input ability and organizational ability. These conclusions verify the hypothesis and point out the policy suggestions for the future construction of the software park.
