In the past 10 years,the mobile communication of China was grew very fast。By the beginning of 2006, it has reached 400M subscribers and become the biggest mobile communication market in the world。In 1996,AT&T spun off its network manufacturing sector and renamed as Lucent Technologies Corp. Lt.,Based on the strong R&D facilities– Bell Labs,Lucent becomes the largest telecom network provider in the world upon its built up。Lucent starts its step into China in 1985。A holding company as Lucent China Corp. Lt. was set up in 1996。China Unicom who was given the full telecom business licensed was formed in 1994。It's the only telecom operator who hold 2 mobile networks in the world。Lucent China entry the market of China Unicom in 1998。In the 8 years to 2006,Lucent China has been the largest mobile network provider in China Unicom market。I joined Lucent in 1998 as a Sales Director responsible for the region of north China。My discourse subjects the sales strategies of Lucent China in the China Unicom market including the strategy set up;execution and result analysis。I wish my paper could give a little help to those sino-enterprises who aim to be globalization on the strategy set up not only in market but in team structure and localization as well。...
