Marketing is a basic phenomenon in the modern economic society, as well as the driving force of social progress and development. The study of the open-up strategy accounts for a very large proportion in the overall marketing study.This paper is based on the case of the open-up of the northwest China market of Vision Technologies. Adopting a qualitative method, it analyzes the internal and external environment of Vision Technologies objectively and makes a scientific prediction of the development and market prospect of the company's embedded software testing tools in the northwest China market. Through an analysis of the supply and demand status of the embedded software testing tools in the northwest China market and the tools'target clients, the target market of Vision Technologies is fixed on. Thus the open-up strategy of the embedded software testing tools in northwest China market of Vision Technologies is set down. Besides, this paper also provides some suggestions on the implementation of this strategy.
