Jinan Water Supply Enterprise Development Strategy

Public infrastructure is the basic condition of city development. It's also a standard of city modernization level. City water supply is one of the important part of city infrastructure. Deficient city water resources and unreasonable city water resources development are restricting the economical development and the enhancement of the people's life level. Meanwhile the high speed economic development and the rapid enhancement of people's lives level also set a higher request to the supply of city water. Therefore, scientifically making the plan of city water supply development already become the key point of the city sustainable development.Firstly, this thesis elaborated the necessity of making city water supply development plan on the point of strategic angle. Then introduced the city water resources theory,present utilization situation of Jinan City's water resources, the water supply situation and problems existing in Jinan City, then predicted the water demand of Jinan city in 2010 and 2015 through regression method. The article emphasizes to carry the Jinan water supply on the short and medium term strategic research, to solve many problems which the Jinan city water supply faces and to realize the Jinan water resources sustainable development to use and restores the spring group the nature to spurt wells up, has the extremely important theory and the practical significance.On the base of analyzing jinan water resources, we proposed the tentative plan of exploiting Jinan city's water resources reasonably. The analyses think Jinan's water resources are mainly composed of the ground water, the local surface water, the guest water, and the center water. The Jinan's water resources characteristic is: the multi-annual mean precipitation is moderate, the ground water is advantageous, the surface water is relatively deficient, the Yellow River guest water transits the quantity to be big, the center water use prospect is broad.Finally, proposed Jinan city's water supply development plan of 2,010 and 2015 and implementation strategic countermeasure.
