We must carry on rational planning to the urban water supply.Afterwards, the thesis has been analysed and researched to such factors ofinfluencing, such as the politics, economy, society of urban water resource planning,etc. pointing out in terms of city development that carries on the plan of urban watersupply is necessary and urgent.Finally, the thesis analyses the project of the urban water supply. It explains themeasure counter to urban water resource crisis.After carrying on serious comparativeanalysis to the groundwater resources near city,it has chosen the city to meet an urgentneed in the ground of resource of water supply.It has put forward to preliminaryscheme and suggestion respecting as the perfection of appraising to the constructionplan of the project, environmental impact,urban water supply network,etc.
