The access to distribution channels of the Household Electrical Appliance has a symbolic meaning to our home market at all times, and its developments and changes have always been closely bound up with the Household Electrical Appliance corporations' general adoption of the market principle and its mature degree. At present, our country washer profession is under the big background in which the quality of the brand popularity, product technique, price, service and other aspects goes to the same increasingly. The operating cost, access efficiency and controllability of the washer product have been the biggest problem in the marketing for the washer manufacturing enterprises. The marketing policy of the washer manufacturing enterprises has been changed from extensive type to intensive one. In the direction of this managing concept, establishing a high-efficiency perfect access to distribution channels has become the lifeline of domestic washer manufactory. Therefore, building a stable, high-efficiency access to products distribution channels, which is stronger in the competition with the opponents, has increasingly been the significant source of the competitive advantage of the enterprises.Hefei Sanyo Electrical Appliance Joint-stock Company (hereinafter called "Hefei Sanyo"), in which the author works, has been in sound management. In the last few years, washer sale quantity has always placed up-trend, but in the first half of 2006, the sale quantity is only 170,000 sets, furthermore, the sale quantity, the share rate and the growth rate have slowed down at the same time. When the enterprise governors of sale department analyze the reason of these problems, they always pay attention to the exterior phenomena but neglected the mechanism of the access composing excessively. The writer has certain understanding of the access to distribution channels of the washer product, and has been considering about the problems that exists in the access to product distribution channels of the enterprise.
