The researching objective of this text is the distribution channel's designing and the distribution strategy of the multinational clothing enterprises. On the base of expounding the background,significance of the problem and giving the domestic and foreign-related literature review, summarized the status quo of Nanjing Textile Industry Corporation and some related theoretics of multinational supply chains,multinational companies,distribution channels and so on; discussed the status quo of China's textile and garment industry and gave the SWOT analysis on it; researched the distribution channels' design of clothing enterprises in the multinational environment, gave the related distribution channel modes; meanwhile, put forward the distribution strategy models and gave it the demonstration analysis according to the datas of Nanjing Textile Industry Corporation.
