This thesis regards a foreign investment headhunting enterprise as the research object. The writer of this paper tries to explore the problems of the motivation mechanism of this enterprise through collection of information and questionnaire investigation, etc. in this company. Then the author uses the relevant theories of motivation to redesign the motivation mechanism for this enterprise. The purpose of this article is to determine a new motivation mechanism which will make the company attract and keep the talents of the enterprises here and impel them to turn their knowledge, skills and creativity to work for the company. And finally the company will gain a key competitive advantage and keep a balance of maximization of enterprises and staffs interests.The thesis is divided into four following parts mainly:Chapter one: Introduce the overview of the company, including the background of headhunting industry, the company's overview situation and it's existing motivation mechanism.Chapter two: Have recommended diagnosing A Company's motivation mechanism question method and course, and analyze to the investigation result, point out A Headhunting Company's motivation mechanism existing problems.Chapter three: Use the relevant theories of motivation to propose the constructive scheme to the motivation reform of A Headhunting Company, include the principle of the reform and the method and scheme.Chapter four: Make a summary on this thesis, discussed to the question that may meet while implementing the reform, point out the deficiency of this research.
