Educational expense as the main part of financial expenses for Shenzhen Municipal has been increasing annually. Based on the current status and issues as well as corresponding suggestions, this article will focus on analyzing the situations. These are some issues, such as expense structures, directions and costs that still exist as the expenses increase rapidly.
