Since venture investment came into existence in 1946, venture capital has impelled development of science and technology. It not only facilitates high-tech industry caper, but also brings first light of morning to new economics. This thesis's investigative object is venture investment in China, it analyzes some factors that restrict venture investment and tables proposals to promote venture investment.The thesis separates into following parts.
