With the development of Chinese economy, China has been one of the biggest Jadeite consume market in the world. However, the present priority theory of Jadeite study is based on the special theory, and it's related less to the administrative area. This thesis is setting on the basis of the experience of the writer who has been deal with the Jadeite business for a long time.Through the systemic study and analysis of the jadeite retailing companies, this thesis applies a beneficial theory for these companies which want to make them developing well and going ahead with the competition of the market, that's also the innovation point of the study.Through this thesis, writer analyses the character of Jadeite retailing companies, and gives some supplying suggestions to companies, such as rapidly growth strategy, cost leadership strategy, differentiation strategy, cooperate strategy and so on. This thesis also analysis the strengths and weaknesses, and points that different type of the strategy, suiting for different types of these companies. Aiming at the problems that Chinese jadeite retailing companies faced to, the thesis gives relevant measure to solve, and discusses how to implement the strategy successfully in five parts including strategy implement and structure, strategy implement and budget, strategy implement and policy, strategy implement and organize culture, strategy implement and leading.
