| Ganyu County is close to the Yellow Sea, rich in aquatic products, having a sound foundation and abundant resources of breeding aquatic products. The main content of the article is to research and develop non-environmental pollution aquatic products industry of Ganyu County. The research step has four main periods of county level plan, including strategic, general, practical and key project plan. The article has general analysis of county area and aquatic products area by collecting and sorting out the aquatic products industry plan data. By using various background, regional, and SWOT analysis ways, the article proposes the guiding ideology, plan aim, general layout, functional area, key project, and ensuring measures of non-environmental pollution aquatic products industry.
