| Since the end of 2004 witnessed the first wave of the price's increasing of the national park's ticket, which has almost been doubled in the past two years. With the improvement of social economy and people's life quality, tourism has become a major way for people to get relax, but meanwhile, the ever increasing price of national park's ticket has also attracted the public's attention. Although, at the end of 2006, the launch of the latest "The Regulation of National Park" demonstrated the resolution of the government to improve the management of tickets, but with regard to the rising of various problems, just making regulations are not enough, the key point is the actual management style or model of the national park, which should be good for leveraging the effectiveness of tourism market and the government. We should also work hard to find a right balance between rational exploration and the protection of environment, in order to achieve the sustainable development of national tourism.According to fundamental theories of economics, public economics theory, value theory of western economics, heritage value theory, sustainable development theory, through the combination of the management style between western national parks and Chinese' along with the characteristics of the management of Chinese national park, using the combination method of theories and practices, comparison and identification consolidated economics rules of raise problem, based on the fundamental characters of national park and heritage resources, raise problems, analyze problems and solve problems. In order to solve the relative problems, it is necessary to take revolution to the making and management system of national park's tickets, which might be the best way to improve management efficiency and overcome the lack of enough government investment, to achieve sustainable development step by step.The article is made up of seven parts. The first part raises the actual problem of ticket management of national parks and makes a brief introduction of the background and the meaning of this research, and then the second part demonstrates the current condition of tickets management through more actual data. The third one makes a comprehensively analysis to the character of national park. As the economic fundamental of this article, the fourth part confirm the public character of tourism resources, especially for those heritage recourses and comes up with the theoretical hypothesis through comprehensive analysis, then the fifth part picks up the heritage resources as a respective subject. The sixth part deals with the practices in both Chinese and foreign countries, with a hope to find some constructive insights. The seventh part offers conclusions and suggestions, based on all the above theoretical research and empirical analysis. |
