The Multinational Technology Transfer Path And Progress Of China's Auto Industry Technology

Technology transfer, which is refer to the transfer behavior between the foreign countries. MNC entered and took up china market by using the advantage of technology under the strategy of"market and technology exchange". At the day of entering in china, MNC began to transfer their technology. From promoting the R&D of components of automobile, to changing the market structure and the related industry technology development, MNC have influenced china automobile industry.MNC transfer their technology to china in joint venture,at the same time, controll R&D of production by seizing the core technology. China automobile industry depends on the transferring of technology by MNC more and more deeply. Joint venture and independent R&D becomes conflict. Joint venture means decompose of power, and the dependence of MNC. Independent R&D means the initiative and china independence brand. China automobile industry development policy 2004 put forward the slogan: build up chinese brand and realize the dream of independent development. Should we use the technology of MNC? In order to answer this question, this paper studied the the path of MNC technology transfer and china automobile industry technology development, try to find out the answer of how to enhance our technology development.The findings of his paper are: MNC technology transfer enhances china automobile industry technology development. But the reason of MNC technology transfer is to occupancy our market, and the lack of ability of learning, china automobile industry didn't grip core-technology. At the new phase of technology transfer of MNC in China---- R&D centre localization phases, the intent of transfer changed.In the future, we should stand on the independent innovation, bring the R&D centre of MNC into our tech- innovation system, enhance the technology transfer and technology spillover .R&D centre, university and scientific research institute will encourage to take part in the innovation system.The first part of this paper introduce the related theory of technology transfer, including production lifecycle theory, technology difference theory, NR theory and ect.The second part introduce the joint-stock of MNC in our country firstly, then analyze the characteristic, the inter impetus and the resistance of the technology transfer of MNC at every phases.The third and forth part is the key to this paper.How the technology transfer of MNC influence china automobile industry from three facets is be discussed. And demonstrate the score by set up a Stst. model.The forth part is the considering of China automobile industry. First of all introduce the China automobile industry development phrases, then analyze the ability of China automobile industry, at last put forward the development stratagem and countermeasures.
