Integration Mechanism Analysis, Based On Third-party Logistics And Supply Chain Logistics

With the arrival of the information age and the development of economic globalization. The importance of logistics to the development of community and enterprises has been raised to a new level the logistics supply chain management model of suppliers, manufacturers, distributors and end-user has also been given great concern. As an effective means to improve the logistics supply chain efficiency , TPL has been widely adopted in practice. People has gave great concerns on the issue of how to further improve supply chain operation efficiency .In this thesis, the author do much analysis and research job based on third-party logistics supply chain logistics integration mechanism.The major work as follows:1. after explaining the basic theory of supply chain, supply chain management and the third-party logistics, the author analysis the distinction between third party logistics and traditional logistics,and that meet the supply chain environment for the logistics requirements and constraints is a third party logistics and supply chain logistics basis.2. from the system theory view, the author studied the basic elements and functional system of a third party logistics enterprises, pointed out that a third party logistics enterprise is an organic whole consisted by basic elements and functional system units; Later, the author analyzed the third-party logistics operation mechanism.3. on the basis of explaining the meaning and significance of supply chain integration, the author studied the third-party logistics integration process and the role of its mechanism from four aspects, which include Information Integration, Business Integration, Resource Integration and Organizational Integration.4. On application system theory, the author studied Baogong which is China's most influential third party logistics enterprises. Illustrated the operation mechanism of a third-party logistic in the logistics supply chain integration process from its information systems, organizational structure and technical equipment, Respectively.From theory and practice, the thesis researched supply chain logistics integration mechanism based on third-party logistics of both analysis, so the thesis is of practical significance.
