Abstract/Summary:
On account of the importance of finance supervision to our country's finance reform and the fact of the lag to finance development, the paper is mainly about the research on the finance supervision reform and development during the course of Chinese economic transition, and consists of three parts.The first part of the paper is about the relevant theory of finance supervision and economic transition, and summarize the enlightenment to China of the theories above-mentioned.The second part compares the cross-country finance supervision system. The front session of this part analyses the vicissitude of international finance supervision system on base of 59 selected sample countries; following session is about the process of the finance supervision system reform between some countries during the period of economic transition, and analyzes the experience and lessons from these countries.The paper precedes the third part with the review of the vicissitude of China's finance supervision system, then analyzes the present situation of the system from two angles, that is, law enforcement mechanisms and relevant substituted mechanisms ( mechanisms beyond law enforcement). Base on these, the paper analyses some problems that need to urgently be confirmed in the process of finance supervision system reform under such situation(supervision system is relative backward, supervision law is serious incomplete, and law enforcement is low efficiency).At last, the paper analyses, and summarizes these problems and some suggestion to develop the finance supervision system.
