Chain management has become a major trend of retail trade in the developed market economy all over the world. Some chain corporations have run to international large-scale enterprises which come out top in 500-strong corporations by their saleroom. With the rapid development of Chinese market economy, the competition of retail trade becomes more and more severity. Under the conditions, chain management has an opportunity to grow up sharply. Chain management is playing much more important roles in Chinese retail trade basing on the increasing saleroom and enhancing share. Nowadays, more and more investors and enterprises, not only domestic but overseas, have invested the chain management one after another. But, the results of investment are not satisfying. Only a few chain management which mainly is international large-scale market. Many chain management have some difficult in running normally, and some go bankrupt finally. In conclusion, there are many academic and practical problems which need to be researched and solved in order to develop Chinese chain management. In this paper, we give some suggestions to chain management by the analysis to J chain convenient shop.This paper includes the following (four parts):Part 1: Narrating the theory of chain management. Firstly, the definition, essential, character and development history of chain management are narrated. Secondly, the backgrounds and trends of chain management are disused.Part 2: The basic pattern of J chain convenient shop. Firstly, The basic knowledge of J chain convenient shop and its chain pattern are narrated. Currently, three patterns of J chain convenient shop are straight sale chain, unconstraint chain and license chain. Their advantages, disadvantages,differences and relations is discussed, respectively.Part 3: The analysis to interior and exterior circumstance of J chain convenient shop. Fist, macroscopically analyze the total trends and key factors of Chain management. Second, analyze the backgrounds and trends of retail trade including large-scale integration market, shopping center and convenient shop according to the vocation standard. Finally, analyze opportunities,challenges,advantages and disadvantages of J chain convenient shop with SWOT matrix analysis assay.Part 4: Analyze the problems of manage administration and propose the measures to the problems. Firstly, analyze the problems in manage administration of J chain convenient shop from five aspects: chain headquarters, deliver center, league shop, manpower resource, information construction. Then, bring forward detail measures to improve the manage administration of J chain convenient shop by the corresponding conditions of five aspects.
