In China, Yunnan has its special geographic location, humanistic and economic environment, the less economic and social development curb the realization of national wide development. The instability of agriculture, the lag behind of rural area and the poor living condition of peasant plague the regional economic development and complete and harmonious development of whole society. The problem of "rural area, peasant and agriculture" has become the main task should be coped with on the path to well-off society in Yunnan. One of the resolution lies on the promotion of industrialization for rural area and transfer village to town and city, lead peasants to transfer to non- agricultural industry and move to town and city. Therefore, how to speed up the village's transformation to town and city and adjust the disconnection of industrialization and transformation to town and city appear as the key to resolution for various problems in western village region, which is also essential to the sustainable development of villages in Yunnan and further development of whole society, which is therefore the important issue we have to explore.With the village's industrialization and transformation to town and city as the research objects, this essay will explore the special feature and variation of general rules of rural area in Yunnan, analyze the cause factors underlying the less development and academic disequilibria, find the effect of general rules on the reality in Yunnan, and then explore the condition and right way to harmonious development, the key points and contents in thrust of coordination and system innovation, further provide the reference to governmental decision. The research is carried out through multi-vision and multi-level route: first, treat it as strategy of resolving the problem of "rural area, peasant and agriculture" and the village's transformation to city and town from the point of view of strategic adjustment and construction of well-off society; second, explore the underlying causes for disequilibria between industrialization and transformation to town and city and balance among the development, adjustment, reform and sustainable development; last, research into the harmonious development from the point of view of the gradual perfection of market economy and environmental bind factors, hold the position of market-orientation and get support from government, promote the system and mechanism innovation, fulfill the harmonious development of village in Yunnan.The research methodology is combining theory with real practice, from general to specific, put the general rules into the real practice of Yunnan's rural area. First, make clear some important definition about industrialization and transformation to town and city; then, start from the economic development condition and characteristics of Yunnan rural area, analyze the presenting condition, find the underlying causes for disequilibria on the basis of collected data; finally, propose the relative resolution, policy and suggestions with realistic extent basing on the exploration into interactive principle between industrialization and transformation to town and city.
