Study On The Promotion Strategy Of The Housing Industrialization Under The Background Of Urbanization

With the rapid urbanization development in China and the growing urban population,the housing demand will increasing greatly,therefore,the real estate industry will usher in huge opportunities.But the urbanization is not the same as real estate,it refers to a new urbanization of environmental protection,low carbon,development quality and efficiency,the pattern of economic development must be changed.Therefore,the housing industrialization is the inevitable choice.But the development of housing industrialization in China is still in its infancy.There are many influence factors such as high cost,a low market demand,lack of platform,lack of awareness and so on.However,housing industrialization is a breakthrough for the construction industry.it can improve the quality and performance of residential effectively,shorten the construction period,protect environment,save energy,and is helpful to form a scale economy.In order to raising the construction level of construction in our country,it is necessary to study how to promote the housing industrialization in our country.Housing industrialization is complex system engineering,its development is affected by many factors,such as economic,market and technology policy,the interactions between various factors Influence each other,we can't analyze the system only from one aspect.We will use the system dynamics in combination with the influence factors of housing industrialization in this article and build a system dynamics mode.First of all,we will establish a causal feedback diagram,second,we are going to establish a system flow diagram and the model equation,Finally,we will use the software called Vensim to carry on the simulation of the system and find out the key factors,ignore secondary factors,put forward the corresponding policy Suggestions in order to promote the development of housing industrialization healthy and quickly.
