Study On Strategy Of Further Integration Of 'Informatization And Industrialization' In Dongying City

The further integration of informatization and industrialization has been emphasized again and again by the the 18 th National Congress.The integration of informatization and industrialization can be used to promote the industry to a higher stage which the process is strategic,overall,and systematic.The integration level of informatization and industrialization in Dongying is relatively high,and the large enterprises' integration level is higher near to the mature situation.While,how to integrate informatization and industrialization further is still an urgent and important task for the Dongying government.However,there is no successful model,experience,and measures that can be used directly to make further integration for Dongying city.So it is necessary to design and set up scientific strategy and path for Dongying according to its current and future economic development level,especially industrial economic development level.The objective of this paper is to analyze and design the strategy and path of further integration of informatization and industrialization for Dongying city.Firstly,the current situation of further integration,especially existing problems and its reasons,is analyzed based on the measurement of informatization and industrialization in Dongying city.Secondly,the SWOT matrix model is set up to present the strength,weakness,opportunity,and threat of further integration in Dongying according to the internal and external environments factors.Thirdly,the SO strategy,ST strategy,WO strategy,and WT strategy are analyzed respectively to get the adaptable portfolio strategy for the informatization and industrialization further integration in Dongying.Fourthly,the different development paths of further integration are given based on different situation.Finally,the relative suggestions and advices are shown to ensure that the strategy and path can be implemented successfully in Dongying city.
