How to develop and utilize the human beings potential become the most difficult subject for all the enterprises, and the most difficult article in which is how to inspire the employee and make them try their best with their job.Coal industry is characterized with the personnel market becoming competition for a variety of reasons, Nengfa company faces the arising pressure from the strongly personnel market and realizing the problem existing in their current human resources management operation it is necessary to set up a scientific and well regulated human resources management system to attract and hold talents.In this paper, academic relative to reward system have been researched and discussed. at the same time: read a lot of books and cases of reward management. Analysis and evaluate company reward system actuality from reward's structure equity prompting and rivalrousness combining with coal industry characteristic of human resource management and reward system actuality.In this paper, main work for the writer is, by studying Company's salary, reward situation and existing problems, combining with company development strategy and all principals of salary and reward design and using human resource control theory and method flexibly, to design solidly and systematically one series of relative perfect salary and reward system suitable for the company. It is expected that this paper can improve salary and reward situation of the company, also provide one vivid case for salary and reward theory study and play certain action in groping salary and reward design method for medium and small enterprises.
