Staff's salary is a comprehensive system,it is very necessary to establish a scientific and reasonable salary system,to improve the company's level of human resources and the level of corporate governance and to mobilize the staff's work enthusiasm and improve the company's competitiveness.Under the guidance of modern human resources and compensation management theory,the paper analyzes the general situation of CH company and the current situation of salary system management,especially the problems existing in the management of salary system.Through the implementation of the survey,we found that the CH company's salary system is not complete,not scientific enough,not fair enough.The reason for these problems lies in the management of the compensation system management is not paid enough attention to the existence of the unique attributes and pay system,the factors are more complex.The paper analyzes the CH company's salary system optimization design principles and design ideas,determine the compensation strategy,the job analysis and job evaluation,clear the salary level,determine the salary structure.On this basis,improved the CH Company compensation system,i.e.,design annual salary of senior management personnel,improve the new employee's salary system,developed under the special circumstances of the staff overtime,leave,overseas period salary management measures.The paper studies the guarantee measures for the implementation of the optimization of CH company's salary system.This mainly includes the establishment of a scientific performance appraisal system,establish a sound incentive mechanism,strengthen the training of staff,pay attention to the staff's career management,strengthen the company's corporate culture construction.
