Students Successfully Employment Research

The college students'successful employment means they will take up employment in three months after obtaining diploma. Since the policy of large-scale expanding to recruitment being put into practice in college, successful employment rate descends year by year and more and more college students can't succeed to take up employment after graduation. A great deal of college students can't be employed smoothly after graduation which not only brings college students themselves and their parents huge pain and sufferings, but also influences the healthy development of high education and harmonious stability of society directly. The important reasons for the decline of college students'successful employment rate, in addition to total amount increase, also attribute to shortage of employment preparation, inappropriate job conception, incomplete labor market, unreasonable curriculum and occupation guidance can't be fit for the demand of employment situation. Based on the analysis of college students employment situation and aimed at the current situation and development trend to the decline of college students'successful employment rate, this thesis, by using positive analysis combined with literature analysis, makes a full detailed investigation for unsuccessful employed reasons from the aspects of employment preparation, job conception, occupation guidance, curriculum setting and labor market. And further with this foundation, this thesis makes the proposal as making full employment preparation, building up proper job conception, strengthening occupation guidance, doing well in curriculum setting and ameliorating labor market efficiency. This research for promoting college student's successful employment has very important reference value, also has theoretic and practical significance for building up harmonious society, promoting the healthy development of high education, realizing the transformation from our country's HR quantitative to qualitative.This research is divided into six parts totally, the detailed contents are as follows:Chapter 1: prolegomenon.Including the meaning and function of this research, summarization of literature at home and abroad, way of thinking and research method, the main innovation point and the definition of the basic concept involved.Chapter 2: Discussion, analysis, generalization and classification.Including the discussion for the concept, content and range of college students successful employment; also involving the definition and analysis for the concept , range and connotation about employment, successful employment and college students'successful employment, further containing the generalization and classification for factors to college students'unsuccessful employment.Chapter 3: The analysis of employment environment and current situation for college students.The article points out: large-scale expanding to recruitment in college, HR allocation based on market mechanism and economic development in high speed means two-edged sword, opportunity and challenge co-exist for college students; unbalance in college students supply-demand structure cause the serious current employment situation, and shortage of employment preparation, inappropriate job conception, incomplete labor market, unreasonable curriculum and occupation guidance can't be fit for the demand of employment situation which are also the important reasons for the decline of college students'successful employment rate.Chapter 4: Positive analysis for the situation of college students'employment preparation, job conception.The research result discovers that the college students'job conception still had certain gap to the labor market's request although it took place great changes. Most students are in shortage of employment preparation which causes the low employment ability, meanwhile, the preparation is some blindness and shortage of pertinence. Second, academics profession constitution and curriculum setting can't meet the demand of society, traditional teaching mode and shortage of occupation guidance influence the quality of graduates. Thirdly, for the one hand, the college students lack the instruction of career planning, employment preparation goes blindly, which cause the ability to be employed is very low, on the other hand, the college students are in lack of practical experience and competition consciousness, which is hard to satisfy the request of employer.Chapter 6: Discussion for the policy to promoting college students'successful employment.Based on the investigation and reasons for college students'unsuccessful employment, from the aspects of students themselves, government and high education, this thesis propose the countermeasure as follows: making full employment preparation, building up proper job conception, strengthening occupation guidance, doing well in curriculum setting and ameliorating labor market efficiency.
