China has always regarded employment as a barometer of the economy,and the quality of College Students' employment directly affects the national economy and people's livelihood.Since 1998,China's college graduates have been increasing year by year,from829800 in 1998 to 8.34 million in 2019.The growth trend will continue in the future.Because of the large number of college graduates and their employment situation is closely related to the economy,people's livelihood and social stability,it has become the focus and focus of the society.According to the relevant data,in all college graduates,rural students accounted for about 60%.Due to the objective factors,such as the great gap between urban and rural areas,the lack of family resources,the rigid employment mode in Colleges and universities,the contradiction between employment demand and other objective factors,as well as the subjective factors such as the "emptiness" of employment concept,the lack of comprehensive employability,and the morbid employment psychology,the employment situation of rural college students who account for more than half is not optimistic.In view of this special situation,based on the current situation and Countermeasures of rural college students' employment,Taking Nanchang LG college rural college students as samples,through empirical research methods,this paper expounds the significance of full employment of rural university graduates from the perspectives of government,society,universities and graduates,and deeply analyzes the focus of their employment difficulties.On this basis,it puts forward some understanding In order to contribute new ideas and methods to promote the efficient employment of rural college students.The first part of this paper mainly introduces the background and significance of the topic.The second part describes the theoretical basis used in this paper,and also defines the easily misunderstood concepts.The third part analyzes the employment status of rural graduates in Nanchang LG college.This paper mainly expounds the severe challenges faced by rural college students in the fierce employment competition,and points out the disadvantages of poor post treatment,low number of high-end employment,low actual employment rate,few independent entrepreneurs and insufficient employment ability,and points out the main problems encountered by rural college students in employment.The third and the fourth part analyzes the employment difficulties of rural college students in Nanchang LG college and puts forward the countermeasures to solve the employment difficulties.From the rural college students' own factors,school factors and social factors,etc.The last part of the article puts forward targeted solutions to the above reasons,trying to effectively alleviate the employment pressure faced by rural college students.
