Current Situation Analysis And Study On Reform Of Medical Insurance For College Students In China

Undergraduate Public medical system,established in 1953,plays an essential role in meeting the health needs of undergraduates as well as improving their physiques.However,with the development of China's economy and the deepening of the medical system reform,such medical insurance system gradually exposed drawbacks,which brings a heavy burden on the university and family.Therefore,such system has had difficult to adapt to the economy and social development.Reforming and establishing the undergraduate medical insurance system perfect practical and theoretical significance.This paper firstly sums up the innovation and reform of medical security for college students in China and in foreign countries.Also this paper studies and concludes the current situation and problems of medical insurance in China.At the basis of this,this paper studies the difference among the different medical insurance model in different schools,and chooses some school's insurance model,such as Peking University student medical life insurance, comprehensive social health medical insurance model for college students in Zhuhai Campus of Sun Yat-sen University,as the typical model to,.Secondly,this paper analyzes Deeply the medical insurance of college students in foreign countries.What's more,through the analysis of the college insurance in foreign countries,this paper probe into the apocalypse which the foreign bring to our country.Finally,this paper makes a conclusion:It's time to construct new-style college students' insurance system,to improve the relevant measures and to introduce HMO model to the college student's insurance in a creative way.
