Oil is very important strategic material which safeguards one country's security of economy and politics. As fast development of our country's economy, the shortage of oil increases year by year. Also, more and more we depend on foreign oil. In year of 2005, our country's degree of dependence upon foreign trade had been up to 42.9%, and as estimated, it will soar to be 60% in year 2020.As a result, all that will lead to a large amount of hidden trouble, such as we have to depend on foreign oil more and more, the foreign trade style and import resource are still keeping single, oil trade is influenced by international oil price in a high degree, and also it maybe lead to oil crisis, etc.This paper introduces the present conditions of our country's oil trade, starting from oil foreign trade style, geographic distribution and transportation, recommends our country's oil strategy, such as the diversification of energy consumption structure, some energy policy like based on home market to prompt transaction, develop clean energy, etc. Then it analyses the key factors that influence China's oil trade, from two points of view of supply and demand, such as the characters of oil resource, paroxysmal occurrence, oil consumption structure, oil utilization efficiency and so on.Meanwhile, it also introduces other factors, for instance, the speculation in capital market, foreign exchange rate, psychology, etc. Following is correlation modulus between our country's economy and foreign oil trade; we draw a conclusion that GDP is influenced by the oil trade at a large extent. In the third chapter, aiming at the problems of our country's oil trade, especially oil import, presents some solutions, for example, raise home supply capacity, enhance exploration of sea oil, import from more countries, gradually establish and perfect oil reserve, save energy and develop the substitute of oil, upbuild oil finance system and so on, hope it can help to know more about China's oil trade.
