Experienced a period of five years of booming development, ChinaAuto Industry entered a 2-3 years adjusting period since latter half yearof 2005, while the competition on Auto and Auto parts market gettingmore and more drastically.Therefore, the writer thinks that Hunan TYEN Machinery Co., Ltd,stands on a key moment, which means they have to make their ownchoice on their direction and strategy in the future development. How tobuild a competition advantages in the Auto parts industry and market isthe key point of scientific enterprise strategy and planning. In order tokeep the sustaining, speeding, consistent, healthy development of newTYEN firm in the future, we should do some measures as to analyze theinside and outside environment and existing resources seriously, to studyand establish the competition strategy, to increase the key competitioncapabilities and integral competition advantages through constantly andfirmly carrying out of competition strategy.The article is combined the writer's practicing experience withmodern enterprise strategic managerial theory (especially with enterprisecompetition advantages theory). There also have some efforts been madeas below: analyzing and forecasting on the outside macro-environment,market competition situation of auto parts and turbocharger industry, andfuture market prospect; Giving an analysis in detail on TYEN existingresource and capability (Including material resource, human resource,technical resource, financial resource, website resource, hiding resourceetc.). Through help of some strategic implements and methods as PEST,SWOT, Porter's Five Forces Model, writer also analyze and evaluate thechallenge vs. threaten, weakness vs. advantages of TYEN in general, setup an ideal on next five years developing strategy of TYEN, definite theenterprise duties, vision, strategy target, made the strategy competitionplanning and give the realizing approaches, build the mixture competitionstrategy, supply-chain strategy on business exploring; As to strategy implementing measure, the writer also gave the corresponding strategiesseparately in aspect of R&D, information system, Human Resource,Marketing, financial management and quality management etc.This article is a research on application; the writer has been devotedto formulating systematical and operable competition strategy throughself-research and exercise of results of enterprise competition strategyresearch in general. In order to provide some references and guidelines insustaining enterprise development, and push the change of traditionalcompetition strategy to establish some modern competition strategyideals, the writer tries to conform to globalizing competition request ondomestic market.
