"Food is of the utmost importance to everyone." With the changing of consumption demand and concept, fruit has become necessity to people. As a rising industry, it first appeared in Shenzhen, one of china's special economies Zone in 2001 and then spread to and prospered in other parts of China. How to survive the current intense competition in domestic fruit retail industry? As fruit needs to be kept fresh, consumers have a high demand on its freshness. But there are some serious problems for supply chain management of fruit retail industry. It caused "three high" problems, such as high procurement cost, high spoilage, high management cost. Studying such kind of core competition factor of a rising industry---supply chain management is a worthwhile topic.This paper first introduces the development process and current status of Bai Guo Yuan Company. It applies strategy management theory to analyze the external situation, market status and inner resource and capability of Bai Guo Yuan company. By using SWOT to analyze from every aspects of enterprise, it finds out external opportunities and threats of enterprise. It also analyzes the advantage and weakness of enterprise through investigation on the current status of the enterprise. It provides sold base for setting up an operation strategy of the enterprise.Regarding current problem found in Bai Guo Yuan's business, the paper analyzes and investigates competition strategy, plus the writer's working experience. It brings forward the enterprise supply chain management strategy based on market investigation data, analysis on customers, suppliers, chain stores, supply chain partners and competitors as well as outlook on target market. That helps clarifying Bai Guo Yuan's short/ medium/ long team strategy targets and priorities. It then brings forward the solutions, suggestions and assurance measures.
