Based Knowledge Integration Group, The Company's Growth Mechanisms

The structure of group company is a typical and complex organization system resulted by certain development of enterprises. Wherever in the. developed countries or in China, the group companies have become the most important simulative units of the economical developments. Such enterprise type is also the most mature and comparative all over the world .Therefore, the study on the growth of enterprises in such a type is of high importance and realistic meaning. The thought of knowledge management can be realized by the management of relevant knowledge inside the companies and fully application of the old knowledge to create new one so that the companies grow rapidly.This paper, which bases on the above-mentioned theme and combines with the theory of enterprises growth, points out that the growth of the group companies is mainly relying on the static and dynamic accumulation of knowledge. It just involves knowledge integration. Accordingto its stimulus mechanism of knowledge conformity----the .theory of the knowledge-level, it discusses the internal mechanism of the companies on knowledge integration with the analyses of their growth.Knowledge integration can be divided into two types, outward andinward knowledge integration. Then the dissertation stated the relative two growth mechanism of group company. The outward knowledge integration process is from knowledge excavation, knowledge identification, knowledge amalgamation, knowledge pervasion. The inward knowledge integration process is from knowledge searching, knowledge preparation, knowledge including, knowledge integration, knowledge diffusion. The dissertation also discussion the cognitive and mechanism risk of absorbing the outside knowledge, the choices of the inward modes in respect of the degree of the demands.On the basis of what mentioned above, this paper gives reasonable advices of the group companies' growth, including the outward/inward knowledge network setup, shape of sharing culture, reconstruction of flexible organization and construction of circumspect elementary establishments.
