Under the background of industrialization and information technology integration, the enterprise should choose the proposition to enter the industrial 4.0 and enhance the competitiveness of manufacturing industry in domestic. In the development and growth process of industry, more and more enterprise began to use high-tech force to manage enterprise. The research of integrating the dispersed heterogeneous knowledge and information to provide appropriate decision support for different levels of management has become a key research direction in management engineering. The knowledge integration technology can provide an effective means and ways to solve these problems. First of all, the enterprise knowledge integration process is divided into three layers: the underlying layer of knowledge support, the intermediate knowledge associated layer and the top layer of knowledge management. Then the following studies at different levels are carried out for the knowledge integration issues of alloy wheels manufacturing enterprise.In the knowledge supporting layer, the heterogeneous knowledge element formatting is discussed. A matrix formation is adopted for knowledge element form relational databases. Extension set factor is used for evaluation in its set. The knowledge elements with real-time character are set to three sub-group by their input/output propriety. Ant the sub-frameworks are presented too. A adapter-structure with searching/formatting function are introduce fir knowledge element for internet.In the knowledge associated layer, the class is defined as basic element for knowledge integration relationship framework. A two-step semi-dynamic method is introduced for knowledge relationship. It can follow the dynamic processing in enterprise. The relationship building process is under constraint conditions in first static process and second semi-dynamic process. The specific method for this two-step processing is presented too.The hyper ontology method is used for knowledge management layer of aluminum alloy wheel manufacturer. A top-down framework is adapted for hyper ontology method. A curing setting is adopted for hyper ontology method static initial conditions. The global ontologies are included in ontology group for top management. Using global ontology classes and hierarchies between pairing and formed to match with management knowledge requirements of a subset of the category hierarchy. Paired with a property in a class and parameters used as a reference factor, thus forming a paired class based on attribute and parameter calculation standard, discrete quantitative reference standards and closely associated. Local ontology classes which absorb the weak-relation propriety is used to improve completeness of our framework.For aluminum wheels manufacturing enterprise knowledge integrated theory and method proposed above, a case study is carried out in actual sample enterprise. Theory and practice of research showed that our and knowledge integrated method can be a good information-management solution for aluminum wheels manufacturing enterprise with high feasibility and the effectiveness.
