Research About Competence Based On Knowledge Integration Of Enterprises

Facing up the competitive social environment, enterprise must take into account the issue of how to maintain competitive advantage. Knowledge is known as the most important source in the era of knowledge economy, it decides that all aspects of the enterprise's competitive advantage will be a knowledge-based eventually. The acquisition, integration, storage, sharing and application of knowledge are essential to establish the competitive advantage of enterprise, knowledge integration is very important for the competitive advantage of enterprise. However, current study only points out the importance of knowledge integration for the competitive advantage of enterprise, but it that how to obtain competitive advantage through knowledge integration is not indicated. Therefore, it is discussing the competitive advantage of enterprise from the perspective of knowledge integration that has an important strategic significance.The methods of literature reading, logic induction and case analysis are used, the paper discusses the competitive advantage of enterprise from the perspective of knowledge integration using the theories of competitive advantage and knowledge integration. Firstly, on the basis of the particularity literature review of current research, this thesis confirms the concept of competitive advantage of enterprise and shows that the knowledge integration is constitute by three factors, the subject, the object and the environment of knowledge integration. Secondly, it plots different types of knowledge integration from different perspectives, on the basis of the study of the researchers, it Sums up three models of knowledge integration and finds that the knowledge integration consists of four phases such as knowledge mining, knowledge selection, knowledge integration and knowledge diffusion. It expresses that knowledge integration of enterprise needs to establish the platform from different aspects, just like organizations, corporate culture, knowledge networks and technologies.Tiredly, this thesis discusses the competitive advantage of enterprise from the perspective of knowledge integration. The research begins with the relationship between competitive advantage and knowledge integration, points out that knowledge integration is the key to the competitive advantage of enterprise, and creates the knowledge integrated model of competitive advantage on the basis of this. Under the influence of external environment and internal and external resources in enterprise, the quality of enterprise's repository will be changed greatly by knowledge integration, then makes an effect on the core competencies, cost, research and development capabilities in business, and helps the enterprise gain competitive advantage.Fourthly, based on the above analysis, the strategies how to gain enterprise competitive advantage are also proposed, they are expressed as follows, enhancing the knowledge integration,enhancing the support systems of competitive advantage of enterprise. This thesis expresses that establishing flexible organization, establishing the atmosphere of learning and knowledge, enhancing information technology infrastructure and enhancing the building of knowledge networks. They are the key to the enterprise to obtain competitive advantage by knowledge integration.
