From the angle that integrates the inner control (IC) with the process management (PM), the paper tries to explain how to improve the inner control of an enterprise by enhancing the process management, and make the enterprise use its resource felicitously, efficiently and safely to meet its goal. The paper mainly includes four parts:Part One is the chapter that is used as the guide. The main point is background, clue and main view point of the paper. It shows the whiter's idea that business managers should look at process management as a strong tool to help them enhance managing work, meanwhile it includes the inner control. Besides, form the academic point, the research integrating the inner control with the process management is very necessary.Part Two includes Chapter 2 and chapter 3. The chapters summarize the relative idea and opinion of IC and PM in a brief way. It would make the readers have a rough knowledge about both of them. Such as the goal, method, difficulty about IC, and the definition, speciality,management about PM; This is a base preparative for comparing and analyzing them later. The main point of this part is tell the readers that process managemt and inner control both have many researchful productions, there are also many usful application in actual work. It is helpful to us as the base and resource for further research. Certainly there are still some questions should be resolved in the two fields.Part Three includes Chapter 4. It discusses the relationship and difference between IC and PM at the aspects such as objective and the managing practice. This part is one of the key parts of the paper. Therefore, this chaper still focus on the effects that PM to IC such as: (1)PM is a carrier for IC; (2) PM improve the financial report's reliability; (3) PM improve enterprises'ability to resist business risks; (4) PM help standing to relative laws; (5) PM can protect the assets'security and the integrity; (6) Keep from errors and embezzlement.Part Four makes up of chapter 5 and chapter 6. It is the most key part in the paper. Chapter 5 expounds the IC internal needs that PM should meet. In other words, how the PM should adapt IC request suitably. Considering the current academic outcome in PM Fields, Chapter 6 explains and describes how to enhance the process management in an entire way. The main view points include: (1) How PM improve the inner operational efficiency; (2) PM need fully consider IC requirement; (3) Increase the PM station in enterprise management, seting fulltime PM personnel or department become necessary; (4) PM need face to clients; (5) PM can incarnate the competition advantage and is a source of the advantage; (6) fully use information technologyThe paper can make the readers get a new view angle to review the IC and PM through banding them together. It is looking process as the carrier of IC and hoping to conjoin the outcome of IC researching to realize enterprise's managing goal including IC by enhancing PM. At the same time, the paper make a full-scale discussing and analysis about how to enhancing PM, and give some significative managing advices.Due to the length of the paper and the pool ability myself, it is not comprehensive and profound enough as generalizing IC and PM theory, and it is also pool to combine my career in the analysis. I will continue to explore and research them in my daily work from now and to improve IC and PM's application in managing practice to resolve managing problems realistically.
