| ERP is the enterprise resources plan ( Enterprise Resource Planning) English abbreviation, come from the manufacturing industry management information system MRPII , it's a comprehensive management information system which facing the SCM.Recently, more and more enterprises pay attention to the ERP system, expecting to realize the enterprise's information SCM integration by the ERP system ,reduce the product cost, and reduce the time that the new product going to the market, enhanced the customer's satisfaction, prompt enterprise competitive advantage, increase enterprise profit . However , the ERP is a double-edged sword for the enterprise ,if succeed, the enterprises can taste the joy of lifting efficiency, reduces the cost , but if not the enterprises will swallow down the bitter fruit of implement the high risk , the light spatial expense financial resource physical resource, could not achieve the ERP anticipated implementation effect, destroyed enterprise's normal management order, seriously affects the enterprise the production management ,that may lead the enterprise to give up ERP, the project will come to an end as a thorough failure . Our country's enterprise ERP implements failed cases repeatedly appear, for instance in 2000 the Harbin medicine group and Oracle, in 1992 the Guangzhou BIAOZHI car company and Belgian MSG Corporation, at the beginning of 1998 Henan XUJI group and Symix Corporation (presently changes name to Frontstep Corporation), in 1998 Beijing Sanlu factories corporate's failure with lenovo , these all led the enterprises which are implementing or prepare to start implement the ERP system to misunderstood and is hesitate how to proceed.ERP's failed cases mostly came from enterprise can't realize ERP implementation process risk well ,analyze enough, controls weakly, therefore this article will carried on the analysis the ERP implementation risk from the project management, analyzed the risk's reason and the risk's category .This article also analyzed risk control from the risk management angle , including the ERP risk management's basic content, risk control theory ,and risk control strategy . This article research goal is that we can provide for the enterprise the ERP system reasonable suggestion, reduces the ERP implementation process's risk ,enhances our country enterprise ERP implementation the success ratio. |
