China's Income Distribution Policy

Since reform opening-up, the distribution system of our country broke out equality first and gradually built up the distribution system of many kinds of forms. With the depth of reform and the needs of social economic development, the producing cause of work, capital, technical and management was built up according to the system of contribution and formed up the main idea of distribution policy.During the realizing distribution policy, the difference of the city and country, the difference of areas, the difference of skills and the difference of people was gradually formed up. These problems caused the care of many people and became a social focus.This article is divided into three parts. The first part is the change of distribution policy since the People's Republic of China was founded, it includes the equality distribution system from the People's Republic of China was founded to reform opening-up ; The second part is the problem and cause of distribution policy, it includes the difference of the city and country, the difference of areas, the difference of skills and the difference of people and the forming cause of these problem-the first distribution is unfair, the second distribution is unreasonable and the third distribution is not built up ; the third part is the suggest of improving distribution policy ,it includes removing unfair policy, strengthening regulation and building up the third distribution system.
