Since the theory of innovation come to exist at the beginning of 20th century, after a long time research on theory and practice, people come to realize that: innovation is the basic source of enterprise's economic growth, and is the main source of the national wealth increase of a country as well. Entering 21st century, enterprises face with more cruel competition and more pressure than ever before. In order to survive and develop under this tough situation, they have to keep on bringing forth new ideas, to get lasting competitive power and finally realize the sustainable development.Nowadays, the core of competition between enterprises is the competition of team members. The sustainable innovation of enterprises relies on a innovation team which is composed of various people with ability led by entrepreneurs. This shows that if enterprises want to be in advantage in the competition of qualified personnel, they have to establish an effective and perfect management mechanism of sustainable innovation. Thus to establish and modify the enterprise's internal team members motivation mechanism to keep innovation is the main task for founding the sustainable innovation management mechanism. Based on this theory, this essay explored and researched on the establishment and modification of internal qualified people motivation mechanism. Through the investigation and research on the leading company in medicine industry of Yunna Province—Yunnan Baiyao Group CO., LTD.1 .based on the sustainable innovation theory, and combined with the motivation theory, the author analyzed and demonstrated the establishment of enterprise's internal qualified people motivation mechanism.2. in the framework system of enterprise's sustainable innovation management mechanism, the author further proposed the important components of establishing and modifying enterprise's sustainable innovation internal qualified personnel motivation mechanism, i.e.①the motivation via nurture, selection and appointment of qualified personnel;②the motivation via property right;③the motivation via higher salary;④the motivation via the culture of enterprise's sustainable innovation.3.via the investigation and research to Yunnan Baiyao Group, the author separately analyzed and studied the four components, and further demonstrated the relations among them and their effect.4.finally, via analyzing the materials and evaluating them, the author pointed out that the establishment of enterprise's internal team members motivation mechanism is the chief guarantee to realize enterprise's sustainable innovation. The reason is that the effective establishment of motivation mechanism can not only develop and enlarge the team of innovation, but also provide qualified people for the selection of excellent successors for enterprises. Finally it can realize the alternation of enterprise's sustainable innovation for elementary stage to advanced stage.The exploration in this essay is aimed at further enrichment and development of the content of enterprise's sustainable innovation theory, via the construction of enterprise's sustainable innovation internal team members encouragement mechanism, providing reference for our enterprises in the process of practicing innovation.
