Enterprise Sustainable Innovation Incentive Mechanism

Along with economy globalization and high speed development of the information technology in the new century, enterprise as the microscopic main body of market economy is facing the more keen competition and the more formidable pressure. Facing so stern situation, enterprise has no other than the promotion of competitive power, can just preserve vitality and vigor forever. However, innovation is fountainhead of gaining competitive power for the enterprise. Therefore, enterprise sustainable innovation is premise and foundation for the enterprise to obtain the competitive advantage, and it is also the important guarantee of maintaining its continually competitive advantage and the realization of continual development.Entrepreneur is the propellant of innovation activities, entrepreneur realizes the innovation and is the core of main body of innovation activities. The core of enterprise sustainable innovation motivation is incentive to entrepreneur innovation. In the market economy, large enterprises under the outstanding entrepreneur's leadership have realized sustainable development through fetching and implementing innovation project continually, and have become the main item of the Chinese economy which develops continually. Neglecting entrepreneur's function and neglecting entrepreneur's innovation motivation mechanism can cause the enterprise low efficient, and enterprise sustainable innovation will be immersed in trouble. Entrepreneur motivation mechanism is the core task of management mechanism of enterprise sustainable innovation. Once this mechanism established and operated effectively, it will cause the process of enterprise sustainable innovation to stable development and finally help enterprises to stride from excellent to outstanding ones. Based on this, this paper systematically researches on the effective motivation mechanism of entrepreneur's sustainable innovation.1st, this paper tries hard from the angle of view of sustainable innovation, discusses importance and basic patterns and validity of kinds of patterns of setting up motivation mechanism of entrepreneur sustainable innovation. It indicates that entrepreneur motivation mechanism is the core problem of system innovation in the process of enterprise sustainable innovation.2nd, it dissertates occurring of entrepreneur innovation activities and incentive of innovation process and result, and puts forward system view of the entrepreneur motivation, and it concludes that ability, chance of ability exertion and effort form entire connotation of entrepreneur innovation now in our country.3rd, from the system motivation angle, it constructs appraise index system of the entrepreneur sustainable innovation system motivation, and indicates that property system is the core part of entire appraise index system, market system and government policy incentive are basis, reward system motivation and social culture system incentive are important makeup.4th, according to the appraise index system, it is going on the real diagnosis analysis and the appraisal of system motivation of entrepreneur sustainable innovation of Yunnan Baiyao Group co., 1td, and it indicates that Yunnan Baiyao has formed market system motivation, government policy incentive, reward system motivation and social culture system incentive. It suggests that Yunnan Baiyao set up long and valid motivation mechanism of entrepreneur, perfect selecting and appointing mechanism of operator.The topic of this thesis is taken from the fund project or national natural science just which my tutor professor Xiang Gang took charge of --"Discuss on operating regularity and developing trend & building up managing mechanism of sustainable innovation process of state-owned enterprises" (project serial number :79860008). The research work of this paper, on the one hand, enriches and develops innovation theory and the entrepreneur motivation theory, on the other hand, by the theory combining practice, it provides theory gist of settling key problems for Chinese Enterprise to realize sustainable innovation, and it provides reference of decision-making for the work of relevant departments.
