Guizhou is one of the important provinces for the production,sale and export oftobacco in China. Since the foundation of China Tobacco Import & Export Guizhou Co., Ltd ( CTIEC Guizhou ) in 1991, the export volume of Guizhou tobacco has been increased year by year and the export has reached a critical stage for development. With the development of worldwide tobacco trade, tobacco markets in the world have been narrowed down into several key areas and this situation has led to a drastical increase in competition. Meanwhile,with the difference in quality between Guizhou tobacco and traditional flavor tobacco in international market, the export have been dominated by low grade filler. Facing problems such as furious competition in worldwide tobacco market, limitation in leaf quality and underdevelopped internal management system, it's significant for CTIEC GUIZHOU to implement strategy study as early as possible. Such a study is essential for the enterprise's existence and development.By following the theory of enterprise management strategy, basing on research and available data, this paper has determine the tactic for enterprise's existence and development. By proven methods of analysing internal and external environment, applying success essentials and SWOT, this paper will layout the prospects, establish the core principals and explore strategy and tactics.By using proven strategy, economic and financial management techniques, marketing theory, this paper will provide CTIEC GUIZHOU a long-term strategy for continous development. Implementation of this paper should result in the improvement of the supply of Guizhou green tobacco, expanded international market, rienforced internal management, improved personnel quality .
