U.s. Interest Groups On The Government's Trade Policy Toward China After The Cold War

With China's accession to WTO and the expansion of bilateral trade between China and US, American trade policy toward China gradually becomes one of the most attractive topics in Chinese academic circle. However, in the Post—Cold War era, following the participation opportunities increasing , American interest groups influence American trade policy toward China also becomes stronger and stronger during the process of making American trade policy toward China. From the point of view of interest group political function, and based on the typical cases, this paper analyzes American interest groups practical influence during the process of making American trade policy toward China. In the end, unifying Sino—US economics and trade realistic situation , the paper gives some suggestions toward Chinese government.
