Study Of Prison Enterprise Financial Management Issues In China

Prinson enterprise is a prisoner-oriented enterprise which is founded by the prison and provides the prisoners with sites for labour, means of labouring and objects of labour. It shows the form of prison production and it is a special enterprise which combines laws with economy. It is the embodiment of the purpose of the government and is protected by the law. With the expansion of reform of prison system in our country, prison enterprise is seperated from the prison and becomes the main body of financing. Consequently, resolutions to the problems in financial management are called for.The actual state of financial affairs is that the financial managementin the prion enterprise in our country is in confusion; that there is a lack of captial, ability to reproduce and that a serious financial deficit exists in the management of the enterprise. The essay analyzes the existing problems in the enterprise from the angle of financial management and put forward the suggestion that the government should give the prison enterprises moderately protective policies, and set up modern enterprise system. Prison enterpries should take energetic measures to raise funds, and set deliberated financial index by means of financial analysis in order to explore the resolution to the above mentioned problems.
