In the new 21st century, economic globalization is functioning more and more and its influences are sweeping all over the world. Economic globalization, in one hand, stimulates the increase of the world economy; in the other hand, it leads to the great imbalance of the world economy.Economic globalization is a two-edged sword for all economic entities. On the one hand, it leads to their economic growth and development; on the other hand, its impacts deepen the intrinsic conflicts inside the entities, which is a great challenge and threat to their economic security, especially to their industry security.China, confronted to the tide of economic globalization, is opening more and more and its participation into economic globalization is becoming deeper and deeper. Meanwhile, many of its industries are being impinged. It is the question that what shall we do can relieve such impingement and guarantee the industry safety while our country becomes more opening that draws the attention and focus of the government and academia.This paper, firstly, summarizes the economic globalization and industry security and comes out of the point of industry safety under the industry classification cited in this thesis. Then, the paper, by means of economic data, expatiates on economic globalization's influence on China's industry security which includes positive influences and negative impacts. Finally, according to the mentioned influences, the paper raises the countermeasures in order to maintain and guarantee the industry security, in the angles of government, enterprise and laws and regulations, relatively.
