The modernization is a historical process from the traditional agricultural society to industrial society and a goal which the developing countries are devoting themselves to reach. The modernized development pattern is a highly synthetic category and the summary of limited means, developmental manner and the emphases of development's theories and experience which were based on different backgrounds and foundation at different countries for their objective of social development and achievable goal.Since the founding of our People's Republic, under the leadership of the Communist Party of China, the people of all nationalities in our country has been exploring the modernized development pattern which suiting our country's development. According to our country's economical modernized development course, we have chosen different economical modernization development pattern at different ages. Marked by the First Five-Year Plan, our country has given priority to develop the heavy industry by learning Soviet Union's industrial model. But it is not the speed-up strategy.
