Since reform and opening-up, the small and medium-sized enterprises of our country have got the fast development, in the steady growth which guarantees national economy, relieve pressure on employment, spur non-governmental to make the investment, optimize the economic structure, promote market competition, advance technological innovation and played a more and more important role. However, the development of the small and medium-sized enterprises of our country is still at primary stage at present, because of the adjustment of economic structure, it is specially after joining WTO, small and medium-sized enterprises are in the enormous tradition collide with violent transition. on one hand ,small and medium-sized enterprises are sharing the new in the course of economic transition, on the other hand, they are facing the problem that more complicated on the road of growing up, especially strategic question. Beijing CIDI raining center of three-dimensional animation has just set up, which mainly engaged in the three-dimensional cartoon and is a knowledge-intensive, skill-intensive undertaking type enterprise, It is a typical small enterprise, facing the problem of how to grow up under the background of fact that the trade is fast-developing. This article using the relevant theories that small and medium-sized enterprises grow up to and combining the actual conditions of Beijing CIDI explores the growth strategic frame of Beijing CIDI under the new economic background and hopes that there are certain guidance and reference to growth practices in small and medium-sized enterprises of economic transition period of our country.
