Real estate marketing combination strategy is the application ofmarketing theory in real estate. At the beginning of a housing item, onone side, investigating macro-environment and micro-environment foranalyzing market foreground and market structure is necessary; on theother, investigating the needs of target buyers for market position andproduct position is also necessary. Environment and market position isthe base of real estate marketing combination strategy. Product,price,place and promotion are core of real estate marketing combinationstrategy.As a planner of Zhongtian Garden in Hengyang, the author expatiatethe theory related real estate marketing combination strategy, linkingwith the marketing activities of Zhongtian Garden. The discrepancymarketing and the unprice competition of Zhongtian Garden is on thebase of investigating macro-environment, micro-environment and theneeds of target buyers. The item is good at brand and healthy housing,and sparkplug new conception and surroundings of housing, so it has ahigher price and gives the buyers a great impression by its place andpromotion. The research on Zhongtian Garden is useful to real estateenterprise in middling cities.
