Construction Project Cost Management Model Design And Application

The construction industry in china began to boom from 1980's, and keep fairly fast developing pace until now, which bettered the living conditions for the residences dramatically and pulled the rapid national economic growth otherwise. Construction industry grew up to be the true backbone industry in china.but, the data shows that the construction industry in china falls into the small profits or even to the bad. Then, to make the theory circle thinks generally that the conclusion of over-competition in our construction industry leads to this case.however, it's not necessarily the case. The real problem is on the cost management of a project. At present, the problems of the cost management of a project focus on the following aspects: carelessness management of the architectural material; the cost management system that is combined with responsibilities, rights and benefits has not been formed. Reasons are analyzed in order to research the cost management problem in construction industry further in accordance with all the problems above. The reasons include cost sense of management personnel in construction industry is weak; there has no perfect measures of cost management in the construction industry, and so on. So, construction project and cost management of construction project' features are raised in this thesis. And possible and effective measures to strength the cost management in construction enterprise are also raised. Finally, a practical example is given for analyzing thrifty effect of cost management in construction industry.
