Jmc Associated Company Rushed The Production Site Of The Welding Shop To Improve The Study

Production site is a window of enterprise management, and also a way to show the enterprise's wholly qualities. Production site management is an important part of manufacturing enterprise's management, which affects an enterprise's productive efficiency and operating performance directly. Only to optimize production site management can optimize whole management. Site management is base of the managements within enterprises, and either base of business operations. So it more and more regard as the key point by enterprises domestic and overseas. Targets and strategies of enterprises should be implemented and materialized through site management finally. Site improvement, as an instrument of site management, focuses on participation of all employees and continually improvement of day-to-day operations. It is through implementation of employees' rationalization proposals to achieve higher efficiency, better quality, working environment improvement and cost reduction. So the problem on the site can be found, analyzed and solved in a very short time. This paper studied the production site of Stamping & Welding plant of Jiangling Liancheng Company by application of philosophies and instruments of lean manufacturing, such as 5S, Kanban management, visible management, TPM, waste elimination and efficiency increase. An executable plan of site improvement was presented involving plant environment, visible, facility utilization, waste elimination, efficiency increase, quality, costs and delivery. After implementation of the plan, a better result could reached, where workshop environment was neat, efficiency of facility utilization was increased, waste was decreased step by step, productive efficiency was enhanced and requirements of quality, costs and delivery were farthest met. As far as insisting in site improvement - a cost-lower management instrument, enterprises can enhance its productive efficiency and performance by all means and finally achieve a higher profitability and competitive ability.
