Based on elevator company A as the research background, this paper based on the ACE lean system theory analysis was studied for the installation process, the key to the ACE operating part as A guiding principle, with the maturity effect tool to analysis to identify priorities to improve processes, and the process of value stream map and design the future, to eliminate in the process could eliminate non-value added activities, improve efficiency, reduce management costs, achieve market competitiveness. In the process of value stream analysis in this paper, through the observation process each link in the process of practice in the time it takes the delays, escape, one-time completion to distinguish between what is value-added links, which is a value-added links, in order to improve the internal and external customer satisfaction as the guide, create future value stream map. By comparing the current state and future value stream map, find out the improvement plan, implement and repeatedly to validate the improved process, ensure the stability and efficiency of the improved process, standards, finally forms the enterprise standard management files.According to the actual result of process improvement of A elevator company feedback,in the process of value stream map can accurately describe every link, and reflects the source of waste. By raising the value of the process, the elevator installation management cycle has greatly improved, and for other elevator companies to provide some valuable experience.
